3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure they have rights to any content provided for use in the project

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Sengiku retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.

6. Revisions and Changes

Projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sengiku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
